Extremely pleased to get an appointment on the same day I called the surgery.
Staff were pleasant and approachable as usual.
Waiting time before being seen by the doctor was reasonable.
Plenty of useful information available on the surgery's notice board.

I find it difficult to make appointments, often having to wait at least 10 days to find an available one. However yesterday when I needed an urgent appointment a cancellation was found and I was able to see Doctor Kerawalla within the hour.
